5 Ways to Get Excited about exercising.
- Set Goals: Look at the year ahead, set a challenge for yourself that will motivate you and excite you. These types of goals should be positive. For example: Run a cool race, Fit my skinny jeans, Play a game, Go on a vacation wearing and cute bikini and feel good about myself....instead of "lose weight", "work-out more", stop eating too much, stop complaining. See the difference?
- Pump the music: Get great music for working out, play it before too.
- Buddy Up: I'm serious, reach out of your comfort zone and find someone that makes you smile and push yourself at the same time - that's going to make this year of exercising a lot more fun
- Reward and Celebrate - you know what I'm talking about. Create your own system of fun, healthy rewards and be true to yourself. When you meet your goals, reward generously!!!!!
- Dance, Sing and Be a little Wild! Exercising doesn't have to be "work", "hard" or "boring". Find as many ways as you can to move your body, throughout the day (and night!)
