So in other words, the constant "I want to fix, I need to lose weight, I need to be more organized, I should, I wish, I shouldn't, I'm not going to" words we use often need to be replaced.
Think of a sentence of POSITIVE motivation. An Appreciation Statement full of hope and inspiration that is specifically for YOU.
Say it out loud, write it down....send it to me if you want! I'd love you to share!
Mine? Hmmmm: " I'm committed to opening up to the millions of opportunities around me, even the little ones; right here, right now...!"
And one more practical line for me to repeat. "I'm lovin' it" (To be said at least 100 times a day!) thanks to McD's for the inspiration!
