Optimism in every day life...
"Flourish in optimism." Here's 4 Ways to support an Optimistic Life and Healthy Body!
1. Find foods that give you energy. (Mine: green tea, grapefruit, oatmeal, protein shakes and ...the raw chocolate power bars my sister-in-law makes...YUM!)
2. Ensure that you have enough light. (My office blinds are up right now and even though it's snowing outside, it's all the light I need. I use pure outside light as much as possible during the day, candle lite during my baths!)
3. Surround yourself with a supportive community and leave time for volunteer activities. ( My optimism support? Kids are great for happy smiles, hugs and laughter..I really try to laugh with them instead of letting them have their own little moments of glee... I read optimistic books and blogs and try to connect with positive people (especially my great girlfriends!). My hubby is pretty great at keeping me happy too!)
4. Create 3-5 positive affirmations and repeat them at least twice a day. ( I am so lucky, I am so thankful for... I love you... I have so much abundance in my life, I keep attracting such amazing things.... and the list goes on)
